We partner early. We’re comfortable with the rough imperfection of a new venture. We help founders from day zero, when the DNA of their business first takes shape. We are passionate about helping great teams building outstanding companies and help them to succeed. We invest from seed to Series A, mostly as lead investors but also working alongside other investors; backing ambitious founders who work hard to build awesome things.
How we proceed
TRANSPARENCY & RESPONSIVENESS
For seed stage companies we usually look for a complete and cohesive team formed already that are ready to learn and execute quickly. We typically look for some initial product or prototype built that we can test ourselves. If there are initial users and KPIs that is always beneficial. The larger the fundraising round, the more initial traction we are looking for when we make an investment decision.
We usually ask for information about yourself, the details of the company, information about the founders, a few more detailed questions about what you’ve built so far, the market and finally details on your fundraising plans. This gives us a good idea of the business and if we feel it is a good fit we will then follow up and schedule a call. We also ask you to attach an investor deck or presentation - this is just a short overview of the business - a budget and a one pager.

Philippe Bouaziz
Chairman of the Board
Philippe is a serial entrepreneur that has invested in over a dozen companies. He founded the Prodware Group which is listed in Paris stock market and serves 18000 customers in over 15 countries. He is known as one of the leading personas in high tech in Europe and Israel, sitting in number of advisory boards, Engineering and business Schools.
Golan Bar Or
Director of Investment
A seasoned marketing and sales executive, with more than 20 years in the ‘field’ in various roles in sales, marketing and business development Golan Bar Or has a strong flair for penetrating new markets working with partners and leading high volume sales processes to achieve significant market shares.
Alexandre Bouaziz
VP Strategy and Investments
Alex started building successful products at the age of 16. He holds a Masters of Eng. from MIT and has a strong experience in Product management and Design. In the last year, he has been helping companies across several spaces including Mobile Gaming, Digital Marketing whilst building his new venture Lifeslice.
Jacques Torjman
Senior Advisor
Jacques is one of the pillars of French High-tech. He is a serial entrepreneur who cofounded the group GFI, which grew to 10 000 employees with a €800M turn over. During his long and successful career he has advised over a thousand of companies and participated in over 120 acquisitions.
